The shower head is not working?

Check the switch position. Ensure the knob switch is not set to the leftmost position. This is the “Pause” mode, where the panel outlet reduces to a trickle instead of flowing normally. This is by design, not a defect.

To prevent leaks around the showerhead, here are some installation tips:

Make sure the connection between shower arm and showerhead is tight. Don’t use Teflon tape on first install; only use if there’s a leak. Check gasket/O-ring on showerhead. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage and leaks.

Water leakage when switching modes.

When switching modes, there may be brief dripping due to residual water in the waterway, but it will stop after 1-2 minutes.
