Surface Preparation & Tape Application 1. Choose your surface

WOD Blue Painters Tape can be applied to wood, automotive, outdoors, glass, metal, rubber, drywall, floors, and many more!

2. Clean and dry the surface

The surface must be free from any debris for better performance. This way, the Painters Tape sticks better, and the final result will be the sharpest.

3. Apply the Tape

Slowly apply the tape to the surface, don’t stretch it, or it might break. Place it exactly as you want the line to look. Make sure it’s correct!

4. Secure the Tape with Tool

Make sure the tape is firmly adhered to the surface by pressing it down. Help yourself with a tool like a spatula. The idea is to fully seal the tape.

Paint & Tape Removal 5. Let the Tape Set

Wait up to 60 minutes before you begin painting. The tape must be fully set. You can start before, but waiting is usually the best option.

6. Time to paint

Get yourself creative by choosing the color of your preference and then paint! Do it in the opposite direction of the tape so it looks better!

7. Lift Up the Tape

Wait until the paint is dry to touch before removing the tape. We recommend removing it at a 45-degree angle. Look at the sharp lines you made!

8. Clean finish!
