The tiles adhere well to slightly textured walls, but avoid surfaces with large bumps or popcorn textures. If the wall is coated with silicone oil, it needs to be removed before installation, because the silicone oil coating will affect the adhesion.

Is the tile easy to install and cut?

Yes, the tiles are designed for easy installation. The peel and stick backing simplifies the process. Cutting can be done with a utility knife, scissors, or a paper cutter.

Can these backsplash be used over existing wallpaper or tiles?
